GET RID OF FRUSTRATION:
Frustration can be defined as discontent because of been unable to achieve one’s aim. To know that something is available or belongs to you and yet your hands cannot reach it can be very frustrating indeed to anyone.

You think you’ve tried all you can still nothing seem to work for you can bring in frustration.

You are deprived of what is due to you and you do not even seem to be in control of what happens to you anymore,at that time even without realizing it,hopelessness and despair set in which in turn gives rise to frustration.

It does appear as if one way or the other in the process of maturing in life in a bid to attain desired goals in career,education,health,family,life etc. blockages,delays,disappointments, will cause frustration to set in(most times unnoticed) frustration does have symptoms just like any disease.

Let’s look at a few of them in bid to tackle them head long.
SYMPTOMS OF FRUSTRATION:
(1) Loss of desire to live i.e. loss of enthusiasm-feeling unwanted and alone.
(2) loss of willingness to work.
(3) loss of drive or zeal to attempt anything new.
(4) loss of joy of salvation.
(5) feeling lonely even with people around you.
(6) been irritable,edgy and unfriendly.
(7) having destructive tendencies/never rejoicing at other peoples good.
(8) anger at anyone,everyone,anything and bitterness.
(9) jealousy,envy and even stealing.
(10) loss of appetite(both physical and spiritual food.

Does any of the above sound familiar? God is about to terminate the works of frustration in your life today.

EFFECTS OF FRUSTRATION:
(1) life takes a plunge downwards
(2) everything appears to be in a stand still.
(3) a tendency to resign to fate “what will be will be”
(4) joining the bandwagon to do wrong or evil.
(5) compromising on standards/principles,shifting moral grounds
(6) suicidal thoughts.

Thank God though,that as commonplace as frustration is to man,it is not supposed to be the lot of the children of God. Some do give in however not knowing how to handle the challenges that confronts them daily. There’s a hope in God,there’s a way out. There’s an answer to frustration. 1 COR.10:13. in this scripture God has provided a way of escape for you from the grip of frustration.

IT IS PRAYER:
Prayer simply mean communicating with your father in heaven(GOD) in other to bring his power to bear in your situation. You can end frustration by refusing to quit praying. God made you and only him can sustain you. What frustration does is to try to alienate you from your only source which is God himself. It is your continual dogged,persistent connection to God that will determine wether you will be a fulfilled or frustrated child of God. Consistent and effectual prayer life is the way to maintain a high-flying Christian life. No victory in life can be sustained outside prayer. JOHN.16:24.

WHAT PRAYER DOES(AMONG OTHER THINGS)
(1) it releases power to uphold you. Psalm.17:5
(2) it enforces God’s will on earth. MATH. 6:10
(3) it exposes you to direction,guidance and instruction. JOSH.1:5
(4) releases God’s presence into your life to suffocate the Devils presence.
(5) enlightens your spirit and ventilates your mind. Psalm.119:18
(6) releases greater strength to handle life’s challenges.

It is time to take your life and destiny into your own hands,look at the devil face to face and say with determination “enough is enough” I challenge you to dare to dream again,dare to hope again,it is no use pity-parties and warming yourself over the ashes of memories of yesterday. Today is a new day full of possibilities for you in God. Begin to generate power via prayer to move to the next level. A successful prayer life is not developed overnight,so keep at it until you change comes.

Remember,it is when you pray that power is released against the devil and not when you think about praying later. God loves you and cares about you more than you can imagine. Run to him and change the course of your life forever. It’s time to say bye to frustration.
